ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

Counselling programs are semi-structured, 1-1 sessions with a counsellor and are delivered over secure video chat. Programs are evidence-based and designed to structure sessions while exploring the participant's unique experiences. Programs provide education and tangible coping strategies to enhance self-understanding and confidence.
