Online Therapy Designed for How Your Brain Works

Support for ADHD, anxiety, and overwhelm

For children, teens, and adults across British Columbia

A Personalized Approach to Counselling

At Paragon, counselling is designed to meet you where you are. I support individuals in building clarity, confidence and practical strategies to navigate everyday challenges.

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, recognizing that no two brains are alike. Therapy works best when it is tailored to your energy, your pace, and your goals, not a one-size-fits-all model.

The focus is on meaningful, real-life change, at a pace that works for you.
